CHF Canada will be introducing a Health Care Spending Account as part of its group benefits program on April 1, 2021 in line with an increasing industry trend in benefits programs. A Health Care Spending Account will provide more flexibility by granting access to an annual amount of money that can be used to increase spending on eligible medical expenses, but there are some trade-offs.
If you participate in CHF Canada’s group benefits program, you won’t want to miss this webinar. More information on how to register will be coming shortly.
This important webinar will answer the following questions:
- What is a Health Care Spending Account?
- What can I use it for and how can it benefit me?
- Does it change any other coverages?
- Will it introduce a co-pay requirement?
- Does it impact my premium?
It will also give you a chance to ask your own questions as you learn about this new coverage. Representatives from our group benefits program consultants will be on hand to provide expert knowledge on this new coverage and what it means to you.
The webinar will be presented at two different time periods to allow as many staff as possible to participate. It will be offered (all times EST):
- May 7th from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
- May 13th from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
