Jean-Pascal Dumont is currently the Provincial Coordinator of collective business transfers at CTEQ. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics at Laval University, where he specialized in public and political economics. Subsequently, he worked within Quebec’s public service. In 2018, He completed an MBA at the John Molson School of Business; as a recipient of a CHNGR scholarship, he was an ambassador involved in collective entrepreneurship on the Concordia University campus. Recently, he conducted research on community bonds for the TIESS. Over the past few years, he has been interested in the benefits and challenges of collective business succession, which he sees as an innovative and realistic entrepreneurial option that can serve workers and communities. Jean-Pascal makes it his duty to be a "civic engineer" in order to build consensual bridges between individuals and organizations from all spectrum.
