Justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) are important pieces of the puzzle for a bright co-operative future. As CMC wants to encourage discussion surrounding this primordial part of today\u2019s and tomorrow\u2019s world, a JEDI Roundtable\u00a0will be hosted on Wednesday, October 19th <\/sup>at noon EST<\/strong> in simultaneous interpretation. This hour and a half open roundtable will moderated by Daniel P. Brunette, Director of the Strategic Alliances and Initiatives at CMC, and\u00a0the discussion will be opened by six JEDI experts: \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Mary Nirlungayuk<\/a>, Board Member of CMC and Corporate Secretary and Vice President of the Corporate Services Division of Arctic Co-operatives Limited <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Dr. Caroline Hossein<\/a>, Associate Professor of Global Development at the University of Toronto Scarborough <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– St\u00e9phanie Guico<\/a>, Management Consultant <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Chiyi Tam<\/a>, Executive Director of the Kensington Market Community Land Trust <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Patrick Nangle<\/a>, CEO of Modo Co-operative <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Susan Henry<\/a>, Director, Community Impact & Financial Inclusion at Alterna Savings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These experts will set the tone of the conversation and will encourage the attendees to share their knowledge and experience surrounding JEDI.
