As a member of Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada (CMC), your organization can nominate one to multiple voting delegates to represent your organization during meeting including all CMC’s members. If you don’t know how many delegates your organization can submit, please contact jmdrum@canada.coop

Your delegates will serve on behalf on your organization until the next designation period in 2027. The time commitment should not exceed two meetings per year (including the Annual General Meeting) and some electronic sessions and communications.

After this form is submitted, your delegates will receive information about the AGA via email. The AGM will be held in person from 09:00 am to 11:00 am Eastern time, at York University, Toronto, Ontario, on June 10th 2026.
