Executive Director

The Canadian Worker Co-operative Federation is beginning the search for its next Executive Director.
This recruitment is part of a planned leadership transition. Our current Executive Director will remain in the role for approximately six months to support onboarding and continuity as CWCF moves into its next phase.
CWCF’s new strategic plan focuses on strengthening the Federation, expanding meaningful support for worker co-operatives, and building a more connected and inclusive movement across Canada.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape national movement infrastructure, deepen partnerships across the co-operative ecosystem, and support the growth of democratic workplaces.
