The Consortium is the shared services center for co-operatives, mutuals and non-profit organizations. It provides over 60 professionals in 20 fields of expertise to accompany and support collective enterprises in their development, and to offer them the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Stéphanie specializes in multi-partner team building and participative development. With a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Development from McGill University (Montreal) and a Master’s degree in Management from St Mary’s University (Halifax), her practice bridges the human and analytical approach of the human sciences with the Cartesian philosophy of management. She ensures coherence between entrepreneurs’ vision of impact and the creation of pragmatic, realistic business and financing plans that don’t compromise partners and make their dreams of a better world possible. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish. She has facilitated co-creation processes and knowledge-sharing workshops in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and Mongolia.

The CDEM has been the driving force behind economic development in Manitoba’s bilingual communities since 1996. Our mission: stimulate, encourage, support and coordinate economic development in the communities that are members of the Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM). It offers employment, business advisory, immigration and tourism services.
